Reconstructing the Tudor Kitchens of Hampton Court

Marc Meltonville, Food Historian at Historic Royal Palaces, will be giving a talk as part of the HLF funded 'Woking Palace and its Park' project. Marc gave a facscinating lecture to the Society on the Georgian kitchens at Kew a couple of years ago and is well known for his television programmes.

The lecture is free but places are limited and must be reserved in advance. Please see the attached flyer for details.

Petersfield Barrows and Portchester castle and church

A CBA SE site and town tour visiting the Petersfield excavations led by George Anelay (West Sussex Archaeology) followed by a tour of the church and castle within the Roman fort at Portchester led by Martyn Allen (University of Reading)
